If you are not satisfied for any reason within the first 60 days of your first subscription payment, you are entitled to a full refund of any amount paid. The 60-day window begins on the date of your first payment — not the start of your free trial.

What Is Covered

  • All subscription payments made within the first 60 days of your first subscription payment date.
  • Any billing charges that fall within the 60-day window, regardless of the agreed billing schedule.

How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed by our team directly. To submit a refund request, contact us with the following information:

    Your contact details — your name and either your phone number or email address so we can confirm and process the refund

Processing Time & Method

Once we receive your refund request with the required information, it will be processed within 48 hours. We will confirm the refund via your provided contact details.

Refunds are issued in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) — the same currency in which your subscription was billed. Our team will coordinate the return method with you directly (bank transfer or reversal to the original payment source, depending on how the original payment was made).

After the 60-Day Period

Refund requests submitted after 60 days from your first subscription payment date are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We encourage you to reach out regardless — we're committed to fairness and will always try to find a resolution.
